This initiative, spearheaded by the Appliances Business of the group, introduces a comprehensive five-year warranty with no hidden costs* across a diverse range of products. The primary goal of this campaign is to foster stronger trust and lasting loyalty among consumers while instilling them with increased confidence in their purchasing decisions.
The core concept of the campaign revolves around the idea that promises are commonly made without true accountability. The campaign video portrays various relatable, everyday scenarios, such as a fitness trainer promising quick results, children making commitments, and a sports captain pledging victory. Through a humorous lens, these scenes contrast the flimsy nature of casual assurances with the dependable reliability of the ‘Godrej Promise’. The storyline effectively communicates the brand's commitment to delivering unwavering quality supported by reliable service.
The ‘Godrej Promise’ warranty spans a wide product portfolio, encompassing refrigerators, washing machines, split and inverter window air conditioners, air coolers, microwave ovens, and deep freezers sold from April 1, 2026.

The creative concept for the campaign was developed by TBWA Lintas and will be presented in 20, 25, and 30-second formats on traditional television, connected TV, and social media platforms. Navin Chawla, Executive Creative Director at TBWA Lintas, shared, “At its core, the campaign challenges the common practice of making promises that are often left unfulfilled. By juxtaposing these instances with the ‘Godrej Promise’, we have crafted a narrative that is playful yet impactful, redefining the true essence of commitment.”
