Notably, her collaboration with art director Steve Rutter led to the creation of the iconic M&M's characters in 1996, propelling her career within the advertising sphere. Additionally, she has steered prominent campaigns including Allstate's Mayhem, Secret Deodorant's Mean Stinks anti-bullying initiative, and McDonald's Happy Meal literacy campaigns.
Susan Credle shared her reflections on receiving the Lion of St Mark award, recalling her early inspiration from Cannes Lions Grand Prix-winning work. She emphasized the profound impact of award-winning ideas that resonate beyond the present moment, striving to be timeless and unforgettable.
Throughout her illustrious career, Credle has held key leadership positions in renowned agencies like BBDO, Leo Burnett, and FCB. Her tenure as Global Chief Creative Officer at FCB was marked by remarkable achievements, including consecutive wins as Cannes Lions North America Agency of the Year and global recognition for the agency network at Cannes Lions. In 2020/21, FCB was named the No.1 Creative Agency for Effectiveness in the WARC Effective 100 ranking.
