BHIM Payments App, developed by NPCI BHIM Services Limited (NBSL), has introduced the 'Mahi Way' campaign to enhance consumer trust in digital payments by focusing on simplicity, speed, and security. The campaign features the renowned cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni as its brand ambassador, embodying the app's core values of reliability and trustworthiness. With the slogan 'BHIM App se karo pay, it's the Mahi Way', the campaign emphasizes seamless and secure payment experiences in various everyday scenarios.
The initiative showcases BHIM's scan-and-pay feature, coupled with instant rewards, to emphasize the convenience and ease of digital transactions. The overarching goal is to attract both current users and individuals new to digital payments, aligning with India's emphasis on trust in financial technology adoption. Lalitha Nataraj, MD & CEO of NPCI BHIM Services Limited (NBSL), mentioned that in the Indian market, trust is a vital factor influencing the adoption and usage of digital payment solutions. Users increasingly seek simplicity, security, and reliability in their transactions, and the 'Mahi Way' campaign reflects this mindset by promoting hassle-free and secure payments on a dependable platform like BHIM Payments App.
The campaign, developed by Tilt Brand Solutions, will be launched across various mediums such as television, digital platforms, cinema, and outdoor advertising. The main promotional video will run for 25 seconds, supplemented by shorter 10- and 15-second versions to ensure widespread visibility on social and digital channels. Kushager Tuli, President and Head of Creative at Tilt Brand Solutions, explained that the approach with 'Mahi Way' presents MS Dhoni in a relatable context beyond his cricketing persona, portraying him as a figure of poise and clarity in making simple decisions. By contextualizing real payment scenarios in this manner, the campaign aims to position BHIM as a trustworthy and secure option seamlessly integrated into everyday life.
