Tomsplanner: Get a complete, ready-to-use project plan in two minutes

Quick answer

Tomsplanner is an AI-powered tool that uses ChatGPT to automatically generate Gantt charts for project planning. It helps anyone needing quick project visualization, offering a significant benefit in dramatically simplifying the initial setup of project plans. The ability to generate a comprehensive plan in minutes is a game-changer for efficiency.

How it works

Users simply input a brief project description and advanced options like start date, duration, and the number of phases. The AI then constructs a full, pre-filled Gantt chart. You can further refine the chart by asking the AI to break down activities, add more details, or create new phases.

A practical tip is to leverage the customizable settings for phases and activities to tailor the AI's output precisely to your project's needs from the start.
