• No AI-Generated Content: While AI tools can assist, the article should be human-written and reviewed for clarity, structure, and quality.
• Supporting Images: You may include images or screenshots relevant to the topic. Ensure that images are royalty-free or properly credited.
• Meta Title, Description, and Keywords: The title should be under 60 characters, the Description under 160 Characters, and the Keywords up to 5-6 or a maximum of 12-13.

2. Writing Style

• Clarity: Write clearly and concisely. Use proper grammar and spelling. Avoid jargon unless necessary for the topic.
• Tone: The tone of the article should be professional yet conversational. We aim to provide engaging and informative content.
• Headings and Subheadings: Use headings and subheadings to break up content for easier reading. Include bullet points or numbered lists where applicable.
• Internal Links: Feel free to include links to relevant content on matseotools.com.

3. External Links

• Limit External Links: You may include up to 3-5 external links to reputable sources that enhance the content. Overly promotional or irrelevant links will be removed.
• Affiliate Links: We do not allow affiliate links in guest posts.
• Do-Follow Links: We allow 3-4 do-follow link per post to your website or blog, provided it is relevant and adds value to the article.

5. Editing Rights

• Edits for Clarity and SEO: Our editorial team may make minor edits to your submission for clarity, grammar, or SEO optimization.
• Title Changes: We may modify the title to make it more compelling or SEO-friendly.
• Rejection: We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards or are off-topic.

6. Author Bio

• Short Bio: Please include a short author bio (50–100 words) with your submission. You may include a link to your website or social media profiles in the bio.
• Photo: A headshot or logo can be included alongside your bio.

7. Submission Process

• Email Submissions: Send your articles as a Word document or Google Doc to [your email]. Use “ Guest Post Submission” in the subject line.
• Response Time: We aim to respond to submissions within 7–10 business days. If your article is accepted, we will notify you with a publication date.

8. Copyright and Ownership

• Guest Posts: Once published, the guest post becomes the property of matseotools.com. You may not republish the content on other sites, though you can promote and link to it.
